My Approach
I believe there isn’t one single “right” way to deal with life’s challenges. Each person is different, so therapy should be flexible and tailored to the individual. In my work, I draw on a range of approaches and techniques depending on what might be most helpful for the person I’m working with. These may include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and practical lifestyle changes.

Neverthless, my approach is always rooted in person-centred philosophy inspired by Carl Rogers. This means I aim to meet each client with acceptance, respect, and genuine understanding.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where people feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and experiences without judgement. From there, we can work together toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
